Advent Hike

On the farm, winter is a season of resting, planning, and hoping. Waiting in hope for the ground to warm. Hoping there is enough snow to replenish the aquifer. Longing for the light to return. The Christian season of Advent is a time of hope. Hoping for God to set things right, for the watershed to be restored, for the healing of the nations. This Advent you are invited to listen to new and ancient pleading songs interwoven with contemporary prayers for God to bring healing. Folks of all ages are invited to a candlelight hike on Sunday, December 5 at 4:30 PM featuring Christian scripture, plainsong, and prayer.
